Refund & Return Policy

Silent Partner Press (“we,” “us,” “our”) sells digital ebooks directly through PayHip. Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods, all ebook sales are considered final.
This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued.
1. Digital Products (Ebooks)
All ebook purchases made through our PayHip storefront are non-refundable.
Once a digital product is purchased:
- it is delivered immediately,
- access cannot be revoked after download or delivery, and
- the product cannot be “returned” in a recoverable form.
For these reasons, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for digital ebook purchases—except in rare cases of technical error, described below.
2. Exceptions for Technical Issues
If you experience a technical problem preventing access to the ebook you purchased (such as corrupted files, download errors, or delivery failure), please contact us within 7 days of purchase at:

We will assist you by:
- re-sending the files,
- providing alternate formats (EPUB, PDF, MOBI where applicable), or
- fixing the download link.
If we are unable to deliver a working copy of the ebook after troubleshooting, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
3. Unauthorized Transactions
If you believe a purchase was made using your payment information without your permission, contact your payment provider immediately. You may also notify us at the email above so we can verify and secure your account access.
Unauthorized transactions are handled on a case-by-case basis.
4. Print Books (BookVault + Retailers)
Silent Partner Press does not process, ship, or refund print orders.
All refunds or issues related to physical books must be handled directly through the retailer or fulfillment partner where the purchase was made, including:
- BookVault
- Amazon
- Barnes & Noble
- Kobo
- Local bookstores or distributors
Each retailer has its own return and refund policy, and those policies apply.
We cannot issue refunds for print books purchased elsewhere.
5. Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same ebook more than once through our PayHip store, contact us within 48 hours of the duplicate transaction.
We may issue a refund for the duplicate copy at our discretion, provided:
- the purchases are clearly identical, and
- they were made using the same account or identifiable customer information.
6. ARC Copies & Free Downloads
Books obtained through:
- BookSprout
- BookFunnel
- free promotions
- newsletter gifts
- review copy distribution
- giveaways
are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
7. Policy Updates
We may update or revise this policy at any time.
Continued use of our website or storefront indicates acceptance of these terms.
