Silent Partner Press welcomes inquiries from libraries, bookstores, educational institutions, wholesalers, and specialty retailers. We currently handle bulk and institutional orders directly, and will be expanding into Ingram distribution in the near future.

This page outlines how to request pricing, formats, and ordering details for our titles.

1. How to Place an Order

Until our full catalog is available through Ingram, all orders should be made directly by contacting:

• your name
• library or bookstore name
• mailing address
• tax ID (if applicable)
• titles and quantities requested
• preferred formats (paperback, hardcover if available)
• any deadlines or event dates

We will respond with pricing, availability, and shipping details within 1–2 business days.

2. Available Formats

Digital (Ebooks)

Our ebooks are available through:

• PayHip (direct)
• Amazon
• Kobo
• Google Play
• Barnes & Noble

Libraries may request:

• EPUB copies (institutional license)
• direct purchase links
• bulk licensing quotes

We can also discuss library-friendly distribution options for recurring orders.

Print Books

Printed editions are fulfilled through BookVault until Ingram distribution is activated.

We can currently offer:

• trade paperbacks
• select hardcovers (title-dependent)
• bulk purchase rates for events, signings, and community programs

Bulk pricing is available and determined per-title based on page count and format.

3. Bulk Order Discounts

Discounts depend on:

• quantity ordered
• format (ebook / paperback / hardcover)
• imprint
• shipping destination

Typical ranges:

• 10–24 copies: modest discount
• 25–49 copies: standard wholesale rate
• 50+ copies: high-volume pricing

We will provide a quote tailored to your order.

4. Shipping & Turnaround Times

Print orders ship from BookVault’s U.S. or U.K. facilities depending on destination.

Typical turnaround:

• Printing: 3–7 business days
• Shipping: varies by region

Rush orders may be available for time-sensitive events or programs.

5. Returns

Because we are not yet distributed through Ingram, we cannot offer traditional returnable wholesale terms at this time.

All bulk print sales are currently non-returnable.

This will change once Ingram distribution is fully active.

6. Standing Orders / Recurring Purchases

Libraries and retailers may set up:

• seasonal orders
• imprint-specific recurring deliveries
• preorders for upcoming series
• educator and book club packages

7. Future Ingram Availability

Silent Partner Press will be joining Ingram’s distribution network.

Once active, our books will be available through:

• Baker & Taylor
• library wholesalers
• bookstore ordering systems (EDI, iPage, etc.)

We will update this page as soon as full expanded distribution goes live.
